HOW TO MEASURE
Accurate measurements create a more accurate FrameMog score. Follow the steps below and measure your body in centimeters.
How to Measure Your Height
Measure your full standing height from the floor to the highest point of your head.
- 1 Remove your shoes and stand on a flat, hard surface.
- 2 Stand upright with your back against a straight wall.
- 3 Keep your head level and look straight ahead.
- 4 Place a flat object horizontally on top of your head so that it touches the wall.
- 5 Measure vertically from the floor to that point.
How to Measure Bideltoid Width
FrameMog uses straight bideltoid width — the horizontal distance between the outermost points of your shoulders.
- 1 Stand naturally with your torso upright.
- 2 Keep both arms completely relaxed at your sides.
- 3 Identify the outermost point of each deltoid.
- 4 Measure in a straight horizontal line from one outer deltoid point to the other.
- 5 Record the measurement in centimeters.
Measure shoulder width in a straight horizontal line from the outermost point of one deltoid to the outermost point of the other deltoid.
Do not wrap the tape around your shoulders or torso. Do not measure only the clavicles, and do not raise or flex your arms during the measurement.
